ELITIS ("we", "us", "our") operates the website elitis.studio (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site, purchase our products, or use our services.
By using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect the following types of information depending on how you interact with us:
Information you provide directly: When you make a purchase, create an account, fill out a form, subscribe to our email list, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card details), business name, brand assets (logos, images, descriptions) submitted through our setup intake form, domain registration preferences, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and device information. This data is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Information from third-party services: We may receive information about you from third-party platforms and tools we use to operate our business, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), Klaviyo (our email marketing service), Google Analytics (website analytics), and advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
We use the information we collect to process and fulfil your orders, including digital theme delivery and Done-For-You store setup services. We also use your information to communicate with you about your orders, account, or support requests, to send marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time), to improve our Site and services, to personalise your experience, to process domain registration requests through our domain registration partner (OpenProvider), to prevent fraud and ensure the security of our Site, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your information only with the following service providers who help us operate our business:
Shopify — Our e-commerce platform that hosts our Site, processes orders, and manages customer accounts. Shopify may collect and process your data in accordance with their own privacy policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy).
Stripe / Shopify Payments — Our payment processors handle all financial transactions securely. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. Payment information is processed and stored by our payment provider in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Klaviyo — Our email marketing platform stores your email address and engagement data if you subscribe to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
FileMonk — Our digital delivery service delivers theme files to customers after purchase. They process your email address and order information solely to fulfil your download.
Appstle — Our subscription management service handles recurring billing for support plan customers. They process your name, email, and payment schedule.
OpenProvider — Our domain registration partner processes domain searches and registrations. When you use our domain search feature, your search query is sent to OpenProvider's API through a secure intermediary. If you register a domain, OpenProvider will collect and process your registrant contact information as required by ICANN regulations.
Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. Google may collect and process data in accordance with their privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Advertising Platforms — We may use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, and TikTok Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads. These platforms may collect data about your browsing activity through cookies and tracking pixels.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
If you register a domain name through our Site (powered by OpenProvider), please be aware that ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) requires certain contact information to be associated with every domain registration. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
Depending on the domain extension and applicable privacy regulations, some of this information may be publicly accessible through the WHOIS database. We recommend enabling WHOIS privacy protection where available to shield your personal contact details from public view.
If you purchase our Done-For-You setup service ($548), you will be asked to provide brand assets and business information through our intake form. This may include your business name, logo files, brand colours, product information, product images, social media links, and other content you choose to share.
This information is used solely to build your Shopify store as part of the service you purchased. We do not use your brand assets, products, or business information for any other purpose. Files and assets you provide are stored securely and are not shared with any third party beyond what is necessary to complete your store build.

Essential cookies are necessary for the Site to function properly, including session management, shopping cart functionality, and security features. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Site. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage data.
Marketing cookies are used by advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok) to deliver relevant advertisements and measure campaign performance.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Order and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 6 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained in anonymised form. Setup intake form data (brand assets, product information) is retained for 12 months after your store build is delivered, after which it is securely deleted unless you request otherwise.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
