If, within 14 days of purchase, you can demonstrate it hasn't delivered on those two fronts, we'll refund your full purchase price.
How it works:
After 14 days, or once the theme has been downloaded and used on a live store, we are unable to offer refunds due to the digital nature of the product.
Our Done-For-You service involves dedicated time, labour, and third-party costs (including domain registration).
If you cancel before work has started (before we begin building your store), you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, minus any domain registration costs already incurred.
Once work has commenced, the Done-For-You setup fee is non-refundable. This includes any stage after we have begun installing the theme, importing assets, or configuring your store.
The monthly support plan has no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify account. No refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Domain names registered on your behalf through our domain registration partner (OpenProvider) are non-refundable. Domain registrations are processed immediately upon order and cannot be reversed once the domain has been registered with the registry.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents the theme from functioning as described, please contact us at support@elitis.studio within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a full refund regardless of the above terms.
