These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the elitis.studio website ("Site") and all products and services offered by ELITIS ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ELITIS offers the following:
ELITIS Theme ($249) — A premium Shopify theme delivered as a digital download. This is a one-time purchase that includes lifetime access to the current theme and all future updates.
Done-For-You Setup ($548) — A service where our team installs the ELITIS theme on your Shopify store, imports your brand assets, adds and styles your products (up to 5), configures payment and shipping, and delivers a launch-ready store within 3–5 business days.
Support Plan ($29/month) — An optional ongoing service that includes priority support, minor content edits, product uploads (at our discretion), and general store maintenance. This is a recurring monthly subscription with no lock-in contract.
Domain Registration — Domain names searched and registered through our Site are processed by our domain registration partner, OpenProvider. Domain registrations are subject to OpenProvider's terms and ICANN regulations.
Upon purchasing the ELITIS theme, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the theme on one (1) Shopify store.
You may customise the theme for your own use, including editing text, images, colours, and layout through Shopify's theme editor.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the theme files with any third party. You may not use the theme on more than one store without purchasing additional licences. You may not claim the theme design as your own original work. You may not extract and reuse individual components of the theme for use outside of the ELITIS theme system.
Violation of these licence terms may result in termination of your licence without refund.
When you purchase the Done-For-You setup service, you agree to provide all requested brand assets and information through our intake form within 7 days of purchase. Failure to provide the required information may delay delivery.
Our team will build your store based on the information you provide. One round of revisions is included after delivery. Additional revisions or changes beyond the original scope may incur additional fees, which will be discussed with you before any work is done.
Delivery timelines of 3–5 business days begin from the date we receive your completed intake form and all required assets, not from the date of purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated timeline, but delays may occur due to incomplete information, third-party service issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
The support plan is a monthly subscription billed through Shopify via our subscription management partner (Appstle).
"Minor content edits" include text changes, image swaps, colour adjustments, adding or removing sections, and similar tasks that take under 30 minutes to complete.
Product uploads and larger tasks are included at our discretion based on volume and complexity. If ongoing high-demand requirements exceed what is reasonable under the plan, we will discuss a custom monthly rate with you before making any changes to your billing.
We aim to respond to support requests within 24–48 hours during business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Domain names registered through our Site are processed by OpenProvider and subject to their terms of service, ICANN policies, and applicable registry policies.
Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry. We are not responsible for domain disputes, trademark conflicts, or the availability of specific domain names.
The free domain included with the Done-For-You setup plan covers one standard domain registration (first year) for supported extensions (.com, .co, .store, and others). Premium domains, aftermarket domains, and certain restricted extensions may not be included and may incur additional costs, which will be discussed with you before registration.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and process.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design — is owned by ELITIS and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The ELITIS name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Your brand assets (logos, images, product descriptions) that you submit to us remain your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you provide to us for your store build.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELITIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the use of the ELITIS theme will result in any specific business outcome, including increased sales, traffic, or conversions. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your products, marketing, and market conditions.
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
While we make every effort to ensure compatibility with Shopify's platform, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party apps, custom code, or future Shopify updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products and services shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This policy explains how domain registration works when purchased through ELITIS, either as part of our Done-For-You setup plan or as a standalone service.
All domain registrations processed through ELITIS are handled by OpenProvider, an ICANN-accredited domain registrar managing millions of domains worldwide. OpenProvider handles the technical registration, DNS management, and renewal of your domain.
The Done-For-You setup plan ($548) includes one free standard domain registration for the first year. This covers the following supported extensions: .com, .co, .store, .shop, .net, .org, .io, and other standard extensions.
Premium domains, aftermarket domains, and certain country-specific extensions (e.g. .au, .uk, .de) may not be included and may require additional payment. If your preferred domain falls outside the included extensions, we will discuss alternatives or additional costs with you before proceeding.
Domain availability is checked in real time through OpenProvider's API. Results shown on our Site reflect availability at the time of the search. However, domain availability can change at any moment — a domain that appears available may be registered by another party before your registration is processed.
If your preferred domain is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options before your setup begins.
When a domain is registered through ELITIS, you are the registered owner (registrant) of the domain. Your name and contact information will be associated with the domain registration as required by ICANN.
ELITIS does not claim ownership of any domain registered on your behalf.
ICANN requires that registrant contact information be associated with every domain registration. Depending on the domain extension and privacy regulations in your jurisdiction, some of this information may be publicly accessible through the WHOIS database.
We recommend enabling WHOIS privacy protection (where available) to keep your personal contact details private. WHOIS privacy may be included at no additional cost or available as an add-on depending on the domain extension.
Domain registrations are for an initial period of one year. Renewal fees apply after the first year and are your responsibility. OpenProvider will send renewal reminders to the email address associated with your domain registration.
If a domain is not renewed before its expiry date, it may enter a grace period, after which it becomes available for anyone to register. ELITIS is not responsible for domains that expire due to non-renewal.
All registered domains include free DNS management through OpenProvider. You can point your domain to any hosting provider, including Shopify, and manage your DNS records through OpenProvider's control panel.
If you purchased the Done-For-You setup, we will configure your DNS settings to point to your Shopify store as part of the setup service.
If you wish to transfer your domain to a different registrar at any time, you are free to do so. Domain transfers are subject to the standard transfer policies of ICANN and the receiving registrar. ELITIS will not prevent or obstruct any domain transfer.
Domain registrations are non-refundable. Once a domain has been registered with the registry, the registration fee cannot be reversed. This applies regardless of whether the domain was included as part of the Done-For-You plan or purchased separately.
If a domain registration fails due to a technical error on our part, we will either re-attempt the registration or provide a full refund for the domain fee.
