We stand behind our promise:  

ELITIS will elevate your site’s look and help lift conversions. If, within 14 days of purchase, you can show it hasn’t delivered on those two fronts, we’ll refund your full purchase price.

How it works:

1. Submit your request within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@elitis.studio with your order number.

2. Show us the data — send before/after screenshots (or a recording) of your storefront’s aesthetics and conversion metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify reports) demonstrating no improvement.

3. We’ll review and respond within 48 hours. If it’s clear ELITIS hasn’t delivered as promised, we’ll process your refund—no questions asked.

Lifetime licenses do not have to be renewed yearly. All lifetime licenses also have free theme updates
